The acrylic is UV-stabilised so it won't go cloudy, brittle or yellow in the Australian sun. Each protector is precision moulded to the exact 76 bonnet contour of the generation it suits, sitting flush with no gaps or vibration, and installs with the supplied hardware and no drilling. The 2024 GDJ76 facelift is also offered in a matte-black finish for a fully blacked-out front end on the wagon.

The 76 bonnet shape has changed across production, so the right 76 Series bonnet protector is the era-specific one for your wagon: 1999-2007 (HZJ76), 2007-2016 and 2016-2023 (VDJ76 V8), and 2024 onward (GDJ76 facelift). A 2024 facelift protector won't fit an earlier VDJ76, so each listing confirms the exact year and engine code before you order. Many 76 owners fit a bonnet protector alongside tinted weather shields as a matched front-end package for the wagon.
